Cruise Deal Hunter (cruisedealhunter.com) is operated by Intermarketings Inc ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it short because we keep things simple.

What we collect

When you request a quote we receive what you type into the form: your travel preferences (dates, ports, destinations, cabin, budget, travelers and kids' ages, discount eligibility such as 55+, military, first responder or state residency, loyalty numbers and notes), your first name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and best time to call.

Your answers are also saved in your own browser (local storage) while you fill in the form, so you don't lose your progress. They are cleared when you send the form or press "Start over".

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

Only to research cruise options and reply to your request by email (or phone, if you asked). If you decide to book, the details needed for your booking are shared with the licensed travel host agency we book through and with the cruise line, as needed to make the reservation.

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to help with your trip and for our normal business records, and delete them when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email us.

Children

Quote requests should be made by adults. We only ask for children's ages to price cabins and fares.

Changes

If we change this notice we'll update the date above.
